Staff

Each villa comes with the staff indicated in the villa description (please check the rates link, available for each villa). If you wish to add additional staff, Villas of Morocco will liaise with the owners first to see whether it is possible to add additional staff. If this is possible, either the owner or Villas of Morocco will arrange extra staff such as cooks, nannies, waiters, and shoppers. A good Moroccan cook can cost you anywhere between 50 and 150 euros per day. A live-in nanny can cost between 40 and 80 euros per day. Staff agencies do not really exist in Morocco, so please do not expect us to arrange staff for one specific day. We can only make arrangements for the length of your stay. Payments are usually made in cash directly to the staff members, in some instances please note that we may require a payment in advance, for instance if you require staff who is travelling from abroad.

Car rental

Car rental is provided by our partner Europcar. Rates are as follow:

Terms

Your contract will be signed at your arrival at Europcar counter desk (Marrakesh, Tangiers, etc.)

To book, you will need to pay a full deposit to make your reservation. You deposit is refundable in case of a cancellation at more than one week prior to arrival, after payment of credit card charges and the applicable fee.
Cancellation fee: 70 ?, full payment below one week, amendment fee: 35?

The rates shown above are net rates and include all taxes, unlimited mileage, third party insurance, personal accident insurance, Europcar technical assistance, airport surcharge (vehicles can also be delivered within the town)

In case of damage, loss of the vehicle or items in the vehicle, the following deductible will apply. At the time of your contract signature, you will have an opportunity to purchase a collision damage waiver (Super LDW) which will lower your deductible in case of damage or loss. The following deductibles apply:

Excluded from the rates:

The LDW deductible and the subscription to the Super LDW collision damage waiver.
Drivers (English speaking: 40 euros/day for 8 hours (and 40 DHS / hour above 8 hours payable locally), French speaking: 30 euros / day (and 30 DHS / hour above 8 hours payable locally)
Gasoline not included, parking and highway fees not included

Transfers

Some properties already include transfers. If transfers are not included, the property may propose them as an extra service and you will need to pay for your transfers locally. If that's the case, please check the rates link for each property, which shows the transfer prices.

Fully- inclusive

As good food is one of the finest pleasures of life, Villas of Morocco has sealed an exclusive partnership with Lagora, one of the finest Moroccan caterers to organise a fully inclusive service within your private villa. To take away the hassle, the fully inclusive formula includes meals (on a full or half board basis), soft drinks and the service of those meals. The fully inclusive formula is a luxury formula and is tailored to families or groups who wish to have a unique culinary Moroccan experience. Amongst others, the fully inclusive formula will enable you to discover the Moroccan Cuisine Nouvelle, or fat free Moroccan cuisine . The chefs have also a good knowledge of international cuisine, including European and Asian, and you can diversify your menus with international cuisine if you wish. Please note that the fully inclusive formula is only available in some villas and please ask your reservation consultant to check whether it is possible in the villa of your choice. The fully inclusive formula should always be booked in advance and all arrangements will be invoiced and paid in advance. Rates are as follow:

The rates shown above are net rates and include three course meals, soft drinks during meals and tea in the afternoon.

The minimum charge per day is 720 euros (half board for 8 adults) and the minimum service is three days.

Half board can be served at lunch or diner, caterers need to be informed 24 hours in advance.

Extra meals are payable locally, in cash to the caterers, at the presentation of the check out invoice.

Excluded from the rates: Wine during meals is not included and can either be provided to caterers, or charged by caterers at their standard rates
Soft drinks outside meals and tea time are not included and will be charged at standard rates
Snacks outside meals are not included and will be charged at standard rates

Concierge service

Once you have booked, you will receive a Concierge document with all the best things to do in your destination city. The Concierge document provides added-value information with all you need to know not to miss any hot thing to do. It is usually appreciated as it is an up-to-date document with condensed information, and will avoid you to read lengthy guides. The information includes some good tips and contacts for you whilst at your villa. The Concierge will organise your transfers, arrival meals, bedding instructions and any reservations which require bookings in advance.

Events services
